Muzenza León

Muzenza León is a Capoeira training center located in León, Spain. The group aims to promote Capoeira as an art form, fight, culture, career, and philosophy of life. They focus on the technical, theoretical, and pedagogical development of Capoeira while preserving the values of ancient Masters, representing the authentic Brazilian cultural manifestation. Capoeira, which originated in Brazil during colonization, was developed by African slaves as a method of combat disguised as dance, allowing them to train their bodies for freedom. Today, it has evolved into a unique cultural expression that combines movement, music, and community.
