Gimnasio Funakoshi

Funakoshi is your karate gym in León where you can practice karate with us. In our Do-Jo you can obtain up to the 4th Dan of karate. Anyone can practice, regardless of sex, age, or physical condition. It's never too late to start and train with students who have been with us for over 30 years. Karate is useful for children to enhance concentration, discipline, respect for others, and to develop values such as responsibility, tolerance, and camaraderie. For teenagers, karate helps to channel their energy in a positive and productive way, and it's an ideal period to work on muscle power and biomotor capabilities.
