The Dojo teaches a martial art called Taichí, which originated in China thousands of years ago. It's a soft and low-impact discipline based on the principle of health 'healthy mind, healthy body.' The practice helps maintain physical form, prevents diseases and injuries, and aids in living in the present, connecting the body, mind, and spirit. It's also known as 'meditation in movement' or 'shadow boxing.' The Dojo also teaches Chikung, a set of disciplines aimed at improving physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through physical exercises, breath control, and concentration, promoting overall health and well-being.
