Krav Maga Original Barcelona

Krav Maga Original Barcelona is dedicated to teaching and promoting Krav Maga, an Israeli martial art designed for personal defense. The term Krav Maga translates to hand-to-hand combat in Hebrew, encompassing various defense methods against single or multiple attackers in response to a wide range of aggressions. It includes both unarmed attacks (strikes, kicks, grabs, and chokes) and armed threats (with knives, sticks, and firearms). Our dojo emphasizes traditional values and discipline, fostering a sense of community among students. We organize regular courses and group activities to enhance learning and development in Krav Maga, ensuring that while the techniques can be violent, our approach remains focused on safety and moral responsibility.
