Club Karate Asna

Karate Asnà is a club located in Valls that offers karate classes for children from the age of 4, as well as for teenagers and adults of all ages. The club aims to achieve physical, behavioral, and mental development through its training programs. The primary style taught at the dojo is Shotokan karate, which is the first style of Japanese karate-Do. Shotokan emphasizes a philosophy rooted in Confucianism and the bushido code, developed by master Gichin Funakoshi and refined by his son Yoshitaka Funakoshi. The training includes various techniques such as kata, kihon, and kumite, which are essential for mastering the art of karate.
