Welcome to the website of Team Lion's Den Leiden. Team Lion's Den Leiden consists of members practicing grappling, catch wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under enthusiastic guidance. We have members with backgrounds in Judo, wrestling, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, as well as those without prior experience. Respect, challenges, fun, and sportsmanship are central to our philosophy! Various members participate in tournaments, while others are recreational practitioners. In short, we offer a good mix that ensures enjoyable and challenging progress for grappling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and catch wrestling enthusiasts.
