Team Agua

Team Agua is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), grappling, and Mixed Martial Arts academy with locations in The Hague, Rotterdam, and Amsterdam. The club provides a diverse and inclusive environment where practitioners of all levels can train and grow. Rooted in the traditions of Japanese Judo and adapted by the Gracie family, BJJ is the core discipline, emphasizing ground fighting and submission techniques. Team Agua offers classes for adults and kids, fostering skill development, confidence, and community across its Dutch branches.
