About Us
Hartkamp Sports and Wellness, also known as Sportschool HSW, was founded in 1998 and is a leading Krav Maga school with multiple locations across the Randstad. Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed by Imi Lichtenfeld, designed for everyone from children to adults, and even law enforcement. It is effective and easy to learn, providing a modern, practical approach to self-defense. HSW offers a variety of memberships, allowing individuals to choose how often they want to train, and emphasizes physical and mental resilience through its programs.
