Hartkamp Sports and Wellness, also known as Sportschool HSW, was founded in 1998 and is a leading Krav Maga school with multiple locations across the Randstad. Krav Maga is a self-defense system developed by Imi Lichtenfeld, designed for everyone from children to adults, including civilians, police, and defense personnel. It is effective and easy to learn, offering a modern and practical approach to self-defense. HSW emphasizes physical and mental resilience, helping individuals prepare for threatening situations and promoting self-reliance.
