Welcome to ABC Kops IJmuiden! ABC stands for Aiki Budo Centrum. Aiki means Harmony, Balance. Budo refers to Japanese Martial Arts such as Judo, Ju-Jutsu, Karate, and Aikido. In all these activities, we strive for physical and mental balance, achieved through versatile movement and insight into the tactics of combat.
