At Qi Gong Riethoven, we practice Qi Gong Ji-Chu: the fundamentals of Qi Gong. The exercises are designed to improve energy flow and create a solid foundation. In Qi Gong, your joints are seen as energy gateways, so much attention is given to how you properly align your joints. There are no complicated patterns or difficult postures; instead, the focus is on being mindful of your body and learning to let go. The beauty of Qi Gong is that nothing is mandatory. The exercises are done both individually and together. Partner exercises help you better feel and use your energy to stand strong both literally and figuratively. Qi Gong Riethoven is held at the Community Center De Rietstek in Riethoven, which is easily accessible from places like Bergeijk, Veldhoven, and Eersel. The lessons are for anyone who wants to be more mindful in daily life, regardless of age or physical condition.
