About Us

Aikido is a graceful martial art for self-development and self-defense. You learn how to deal with setbacks or physical intimidation without wanting to harm the attacker. During the lessons, both unarmed and armed training with a staff (jo) and practice sword (bokken) takes place. Aikido promotes not only physical but also mental well-being. Your condition, resilience, and concentration are stimulated. You also learn to position yourself better in a space. Fun, teamwork, and friendship are prioritized in our junior and senior classes. Everyone can practice Aikido, regardless of age or physical condition. Just wear jogging pants and a t-shirt. See you in the dojo!
