ITCCA Maastricht has been active since 2015, focusing on the original Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan. The school emphasizes three key elements: personal health, meditation, and martial arts, aiming to help individuals live fully for as long as possible. Regular practice of Tai Chi Chuan leads to a healthy, strong, and flexible body, accompanied by a relaxed mind and heightened awareness, ready for any challenge. The school offers a variety of classes, including beginner courses and Qigong lessons, designed to support the practice of Tai Chi forms and health exercises.
