About Us
ITCCA Almere is part of the International Tai Chi Chuan Association (ITCCA) and teaches the original Yang style. This style focuses on three elements: personal health, meditation, and martial arts. To master martial arts effectively, one must be healthy in body and mind. Therefore, Taoist health exercises, meditation, and Chi Kung (qigong) play a significant role in the training offered. The ITCCA promotes better health, body awareness, internal energy, and harmony for everyday life through its teachings.
