Lyn Harmony Kung Fu

Welcome to Lyn Harmony Kung Fu, the Qi Gong and Kung Fu school for Yan Shou Gong Qi Gong and 5 Ancestors Kung Fu, also known as Wuzu Quan. We provide lessons in both Yan Shou Gong Qi Gong and 5 Ancestors Kung Fu, which are Internal Nei Gong styles. We are part of a strong international team of highly skilled Internal Martial Arts instructors who travel the world to conduct workshops and spread knowledge. This team is led by Master Yap Boh Heong from the Chee Kim Thong Lineage in Malaysia.
