About Us
Tang Long Hu Shi is a traditional Chinese martial arts system that combines the techniques of the Tiger Claw style with the principles of the Northern Mantis style. The practice involves a demanding physical training and conditioning, focusing on developing strength, stability, resistance, and determination. The system is characterized by stable and rooted positions, powerful punching, palming, and clawing techniques, as well as heavy defensive techniques that aim to disable the opponent's limbs. It also includes techniques of grasping with the tiger claw on muscle fasciae, nerves, and soft parts, as well as advanced use of kicking and movements, joint breaking and levering techniques. The qigong practice involves the study of the iron shirt technique and internal and meditative techniques of Buddhist and Taoist origin.
