KARATE FRASCATI

The Karate Frascati is a group of friends, both young and old, who enjoy practicing Karate. They are a society of Karate enthusiasts who participate in various competitions and events. They are champions of Italy in 2025, and have participated in several international events. The group is led by several experienced instructors, including Salvatore Canto, Flavien Canto, Axel Canto, and Blandine Canto. They offer various activities and courses, including Karate classes, staff training, and diet and nutrition advice.
