About Us
Akashi Dojo Roma 1973 is a martial arts school established in Rome in 1973. It was the first to introduce Shito Ryu Karate and Mugai Ryu Iaido to Italy, directly from Japan. This connection to tradition, upheld through the teachings of Master Fujimura Michio, forms the foundational basis of our dojo. We offer classes for both children and adults, focusing on the art of Japanese swordsmanship and karate.
