Conad Scherma Modica is a school of fencing that was founded in 1984 by Maestro Giorgio Scarso. The school aims to promote fencing in the city of Modica and has become a Centro di Allenamento di Interesse Nazionale, with a team of experienced Maestri Federali who have led dozens of young fencers to national and international competitions, including an Olympic gold medal. The school offers courses for all ages and abilities, including those with disabilities, and focuses on developing skills such as technique, posture, coordination, and concentration.
