BUDO Sanremo

BUDO Sanremo is born from a love for the discipline of Judo and the awareness of having formed a technical staff capable of supporting a great team. We strongly believe in sports as a means of personal growth through the values that a discipline like Judo can transmit. Our goal is to provide, through the practice of sport, a balance and an awareness of one's own means to each of our athletes. Through confrontation and rules, we learn to respect teachers, companions, and opponents. By pursuing our dreams, we learn to set goals to achieve. By overcoming our limits and always setting new goals, we increase the courage to believe in ourselves and nurture confidence in our abilities.
