Combat Systema Sambo Treviso

Combat Systema Sambo Treviso is a self-defense school founded in 2002, evolving from a decade of experience in Krav Maga. Since 2013, it has been teaching Systema, a method used by Russian special forces, and since 2017, it has incorporated Sambo and Sambo Combat. The school aims to enhance individuals' awareness of their physical and mental capabilities in self-defense, promoting not only personal safety but also overall well-being. Participants will learn to manage real-life dangerous situations, improve self-confidence, and develop effective defensive and offensive skills through a combination of techniques from Sambo and Systema.
