Capoeira Rueda de Sol Treviso

Rueda de Sol is a Capoeira school founded by Gran Master Ruben García Gaitan (Mestre Montaña) as part of the Tao Te Chia (International Association of Martial Arts). The school has numerous groups in various countries around the world. In our school, the game of capoeira is the starting point for a path of exploration of one's physical and mental potential. Capoeira is a martial art that allows you to strengthen the body and exercise concentration, developing at the same time attention to others, respect for rhythms and personalities of companions to converge in the harmonious and playful experience of the roda (the circle).
