About Us
Ares Boxing Club is a sports association located in Padova, specializing in various combat sports. The dojo offers training in boxing, kickboxing K1, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga. Boxing, known as the 'noble art', is the oldest combat sport, emphasizing the spirit and character of its practitioners. Kickboxing combines martial arts kicking techniques with English boxing punches, while Muay Thai, the 'art of eight limbs', is a traditional Thai martial art. Krav Maga focuses on self-defense and prevention, teaching effective techniques to neutralize threats. The club aims to help individuals stay fit and offers free trial lessons.
