Aikido Katsura dojo

The Katsura Dojo is a space dedicated to the practice of Aikido in the center of Padova, guided by Beatrice Testini, VI dan Aikikai d'Italia. The dojo offers courses for adults and young people, from the basic level (free under 35) to the evening classes open to all. The method followed is that transmitted by Maestro Hiroshi Tada, which integrates Aikido with a specific work on posture, breathing, and energy management (ki no renma, 'tempering the ki'). The name Katsura, suggested by the shodō master Norio Nagayama, recalls the Japanese tree with a round and changeable canopy, which changes color according to the seasons.
