Shen Long Shaolin Kung Fu Guan A.S.D.

Shen Long Shaolin Kung Fu Guan is a school of martial arts founded by Master Rafael Lucena in 1990 in Pesaro. The school aims to spread the ancient art of Shaolin Kung Fu, which combines long-life exercises with high-level combat techniques. The school's style is Shaolin of the North, learned from Master Shi De Cheng, a 31st-generation Shaolin monk. The school has been awarded several times in national and international competitions. Practicing kung fu not only teaches kicking and punching techniques but also strengthens the body, making it more elastic, and forms the practitioner's character, making them more confident, strong, and altruistic. The school teaches Sanda (Chinese boxing) and Tai Chi Chen, a soft and spiral-style internal kung fu.
