LA VIA INTERIORE

La Via Interiore is a traditional kung fu school that was founded in 2006 by M. Stefano Marchionetti. The school aims to preserve and promote the ancient traditional Chinese martial arts. They focus on two styles of kung fu from the North of China: the Pugilato Lungo dello Shaolin (Changquan traditional) and the Taijiquan method YANG. The school's goal is to help students develop a new awareness, allowing them to cope with problems and difficulties in life. The martial arts are taught as a tool to understand one's physical and psychological limits, and to defend oneself and others, but not to attack or impose one's will on others. They offer various courses, including kung fu, taiji, qi gong, and self-defense for women.
