Ken to zazen

The dojo, named A.S.D. Karate Ken To Zazen, is an Italian school of karate sports. Founded and led by Maestro Vincenzo Cellamaro in 1974, it has been present in Limbiate for almost 50 years. The school is staffed by professionals including laureates in Motor Science and Federal Technical Qualifiers. It has about 130 athletes aged from 4 to 99 years. The dojo teaches various karate styles, including Karate for children (Baby Samurai and Karate Giooco Sport), Karate for adults (Agonisti and Karate Amatoriale), and other sports like Fit-boxe, Autodifesa, and Total Work Out. They also offer a Psicomotricità course for children aged 3-5 years.
