Centro Studi Discipline Orientali

The Centro Studi Discipline Orientali is a Chinese Martial Arts School located in Vinci, near Empoli in the province of Florence, Tuscany. Founded by Maestro Marco Montagnani over thirty years ago, it offers comprehensive courses in various oriental disciplines, including Kung Fu Wu Shu, Taijiquan, Qi Gong, Tuina, women's self-defense, and energy gymnastics. The main mission of the school is to promote individual well-being through the harmonization of body and mind, as well as to develop greater self-awareness. The center is a reference point for those wishing to practice and study both external and internal styles of Chinese martial arts, deepening their history, philosophy, and participating in traditions such as the Lion Dance. A distinctive element of the school's teaching is the XiuZhenDao® method, created by Maestro Marco Montagnani, which simplifies the teaching and learning of ancient oriental disciplines, making them accessible to Western thought.
