Shorinji Kempo Lario Branch

The Lario Branch is a Shorinji Kempo dojo located in the Como area, Italy. It was established in 2000 and is led by Branch Master Mauro Brunati, a 5th degree black belt. The branch has around 30 members and organizes regular training sessions, as well as participates in national and international events. The branch is affiliated with the F.I.S.K. (Federazione Italiana Shorinji Kempo) and W.S.K.O. (World Shorinji Kempo Organization). The dojo teaches Shorinji Kempo, a martial art that emphasizes self-defense, physical fitness, and mental discipline. The branch also participates in various study sessions and seminars, both nationally and internationally.
