Urban Fight Defence is an art of self-defence in every situation. The dojo teaches the art of Krav Maga, a system of Israeli self-defence, which is a rapid and effective way to neutralize an opponent. It also teaches Modern Arnis, the national martial art of the Philippines, which focuses on combat with sticks, knives and improvised weapons. Additionally, the dojo teaches Jeet Kune Do, a martial art created by Bruce Lee, which combines traditional and sport martial arts, emphasizing effectiveness, economy and speed. The dojo also offers a course for children, which teaches self-defence, discipline and concentration while promoting physical and mental growth.
