Krav Maga offers a comprehensive training system that is technical, tactical, physical, and mental. It provides professional self-defense suitable for everyday situations. Every aspect of combat is addressed, whether standing, on the ground, or with weapons. All our training sessions are unique, starting with a physical and mental warm-up phase. The movements used in warm-up prepare participants for learning techniques in the central phase. The final phase of training focuses on summary exercises where techniques are tested in ever-new contexts.
