Kick Boxing Savate Arezzo

KBS Arezzo is a dojo established in 2010, aimed at providing everyone the opportunity to practice combat sports, whether for fitness or competition. The dojo specializes in Savate, also known as French boxing, which originated in the impoverished neighborhoods of Paris in the early 19th century. Unlike similar disciplines such as Full Contact, Kick Boxing, and Muay Thai, Savate utilizes shoes with reinforced soles and tips, allowing strikes to be delivered with the toes, the top of the foot, and the heels. The dojo welcomes both amateurs of all ages and internationally recognized athletes.
