About Us

Krav Maga is a self-defense system that teaches how to avoid, confront, and overcome all types of attacks and violence. It prepares trainees to defend themselves and others in any situation, whether on the street, at home, in a car, or at work, as the training is based on real attack scenarios and allows the practitioner to use their natural instincts for self-defense. The training includes various cardiovascular and strength exercises, emphasizing speed, strength, and endurance. Krav Maga is not a martial art; it is a self-defense system that is easy to learn for women, men, and children of all sizes, weights, heights, and fitness levels, based on the body's natural reactions.
