The school counts 20 years of aikido practice! Started in 2005 in Athens, we are committed to offering Aikido lessons for children, adolescents and adults in a friendly sphere, promoting the well being of all particicpants! Students learn from experienced and dedicated teachers in aikido to make their own both aikido techniques and budo philosophy essential for our personal and communal growth and resilience. We, as a group, walk on the path of aikido learning to defend ourselves and our loved ones using no violent means by becoming flexible, lenient, resilient, stronger and wiser!
