The Source of the Young Forest, founded in 2012, aims to serve the history, philosophy, and art of authentic traditional Shaolin Kung Fu and Tai Chi Chuan. The philosophy of Chan, which underpins Kung Fu, emphasizes that knowledge is passed from teacher to student, heart to heart. The art of Kung Fu, developed over fifteen centuries at the Shaolin Temple, represents the most complete and refined martial arts system today. By learning the art of Shaolin, one embraces the wisdom of 1,500 years, safeguarded in the hearts of masters.
