Tai Chi Mode offers instruction in Tai Chi Chuan, specifically the Dong Style Tai Chi from one of the most prominent families in this art. The school also teaches specific Qigong systems, such as Shibashi and Ba Duan Jin. Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese martial art based on the principles of Yin and Yang, providing a comprehensive mind-body exercise system for balance, agility, flexibility, strength, and the refinement of vital energy known as 'chi' in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong is a unique energy art that combines meditation, controlled breathing, and movement, serving as a true treasure for health.
