Ying Shou Quan

Guo Family Eagle Claw Kung Fu – Greece is the international center of the Eagle Claw tradition outside China. In 1997, Shifu Panagiotis Derventis, the first foreign disciple of Grandmaster Guo Xian He, established the head club Kung Peng Wu Guan in Ilisia, Athens, to cultivate traditional Chinese Wushu and spread Ying Shou Quan worldwide. The network expanded with schools in Papagos (2005), Piraeus (2006), and Halandri (2008), led by Derventis’ senior students including Shifu Vangeli Mako, Gianni Drandaraki, Gianni Anastasiou, and Marios Seretis. Today, Greece remains a key hub for Eagle Claw Kung Fu, preserving its lineage and promoting its growth internationally.
