WORLD MUAY THAI BORAN ACADEMY

Grand Master Kru (V) Vangelis Xanthakis (18th Radub) is recognized as the pioneer of Muay Thai Boran and Kickboxing in Greece. Founder and President of the Hellenic Muay Thai & Kickboxing Federation (1998), he also established the General Tienchai Sirisumpan World Muay Thai Boran Academy. With decades of experience since 1973, he has trained numerous champions, including 21 World Muay Thai and 18 European titleholders, while serving as a coach for the Greek national team. His martial arts background spans Muay Thai, Muay Boran, Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Wing Chun, Jeet Kune Do, Arnis, Silat, and Taekwondo. Awarded the Grand Master title (Golden Mongkol, 18th Radub) in 2016, Xanthakis continues to teach daily, embodying humility, discipline, and respect. Based in Vironas, Athens, he remains a central figure in the global Muay Thai community.
