Capoeira Sou Eu

Capoeira Sou Eu is a Brazilian art form that combines martial arts, dance, acrobatics, and music, all in one place. Established in 2009 in Kerameikos, Athens, the academy focuses on deepening the understanding of Capoeira while emphasizing its cultural and philosophical values. The training sessions include warm-ups, strength exercises, Capoeira techniques, music, acrobatics, and the playful aspect known as 'jogo de capoeira.' The academy promotes creativity and personal growth within a supportive group environment, believing that humility and simplicity are essential values in the maturation of a capoeirista.
