KNOX GYM

KNOX GYM is a martial arts school located in Mühlhausen, Thuringia, specializing in full-contact sports such as boxing, kickboxing, K-1, Muay Thai, grappling, and MMA. The gym welcomes children from the age of 5, as well as beginners, advanced practitioners, recreational athletes, and professionals. KNOX GYM is an official member of the WFMC and serves as a training center for grappling and MMA, recognized for its high-quality training. The dojo offers opportunities for up to three free trial training sessions, encouraging newcomers to join and experience the diverse training environment.
