Welcome to the dojo webpage. The dojo is led by Thilo Krienke, who has been practicing Tai Chi since 1992. The courses are a combination of instruction and recreational sport. They are open to anyone who wants to join. Regular Tai Chi practice supports the unity of body, mind, and energy, which is achieved through the balance of yin and yang.
