The Dojo is run by Ute Andresen, who started her Tai Chi Chuan training in 1992. She teaches various styles at her dojo, including Tai Chi and Chi Kung. She is influenced by her Sifu, John Ding, who is known for his open and explanatory teaching style. The Dojo's philosophy focuses on the development of one's inner energy and balance, and it encourages its practitioners to cultivate awareness and mindfulness in their daily lives.
