About Us
Tai chi chuan, also known as Taiji quan, is an ancient movement art and a part of traditional Chinese medicine. Originally developed as a martial art, Tai chi is now understood in Europe as a meditative movement system that is becoming increasingly popular due to its wide range of health benefits. Through gentle training, the flow of energy (Qi) in the body is harmonized and strengthened, helping to release blockages. Tai chi positively affects the musculoskeletal system, metabolism, respiratory and circulatory systems, and mental health. The courses are suitable for all age groups and are tailored to the individual needs of the participants.
