About Us
Welcome to our website, where you can learn about our club and the topics that concern us. We have found that no two people train the same way. Standardized training formulas are detrimental to progress in advanced martial arts. Therefore, we have decided to support everyone as best as possible in their individual fighting styles. Based on our observations of each individual during training, we design our sessions to allow everyone the opportunity to work on their strengths and weaknesses. Of course, intensive technique training and general fitness are always included. This, along with unwavering motivation, forms the basis for healthy and effective training. We look forward to training with anyone over 14 years old, and we are also excited to welcome newcomers from other martial arts and combat sports.
