Welcome to our Wing Tsun Kampfkunstschule Halle e. V. website. We are a Wing Tsun martial arts school in Halle (Saale) established in 1990. Our school consists of approximately 54 members, including women and men aged 14 to 76 years old, as well as a children's group with around 28 kids. Wing Tsun is a southern Chinese martial art characterized by practical directness, sophisticated techniques, and efficient bodywork. It is suitable for self-defense and develops a high level of respect and responsibility through challenging partner training with contact, without injuring the training partner. The training of tactile reflexes (Chi-Sao) is particularly characteristic, improving proprioception and inner awareness through the training of nerve receptors and fascial tension, which has been shown to improve health and performance in general and elite athletes.
