Welcome to Sportinsel GmbH, your studio for fitness, health, and martial arts. We are excited to announce new courses starting in spring 2024, specifically designed for children aged 5-10, as well as offerings in spinal gymnastics and cardiovascular training. We have recently opened our second martial arts hall, allowing us to conduct technique training, bag training, sparring, and contact training separately. Our facility provides individual and professional support, modern reliable technology, friendliness, and a comfortable atmosphere, ensuring you have everything you expect from a studio with the highest quality standards.
