Karate-Club Seelze e.V.

Karate-Club Seelze e.V. has been practicing the martial art of karate for over 40 years and is one of the largest karate clubs in Lower Saxony, with approximately 270 members, half of whom are children. The club offers training sessions every day of the week and provides an easy entry point for both children and adults through regular trial courses. The training is designed to enhance both physical fitness and mental discipline, offering a range of activities from competitive sports to traditional exercises. The club prides itself on its community spirit and the dedication of its volunteer instructors, who ensure a welcoming environment for all ages and skill levels.
