Welcome to ULTIMATE KRAV MAGA e.V., the association for effective self-defense located in Werder (Havel). Ultimate Krav Maga is not a martial art but a tactical, military, and police system that has proven effective worldwide. Developed from the Israeli Combat System, it focuses on teaching self-defense principles to beginners and users, utilizing psychological knowledge and neurological foundations. In addition to Krav Maga, the dojo offers kickboxing to enhance physical fitness, endurance, and reaction skills, complementing the self-defense training.
