**Judo-Sportverein Nümbrecht 2010 e.V.** is the successor to the long-standing Judo department of SSV Homburg-Nümbrecht 1919 e.V., continuing a tradition that began with the founding of the 1. Judo-Club ’74 Nümbrecht. Established in 2009 and active since 2010, the club is dedicated to promoting Judo in the region, offering structured training for all ages and abilities. Under the leadership of Horst Winkler (1st Dan), who has guided the club for over three decades, members develop discipline, fitness, and self‑defence skills in a supportive environment. The club emphasizes respect, perseverance, and community, carrying forward its rich heritage while fostering the growth of new generations of judoka.
