The Fight Factory Solingen is a martial arts school in the Bergisches Land that offers a wide range of combat sports, including Thaiboxen and Boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), MMA, and Self-Defense for big and small. The studio has a spacious and clean design, offering a well-thought-out training plan to help you achieve your fitness goals, regardless of whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete. Our experienced instructors will teach you the skills and techniques you need to achieve your sporting goals successfully. Additionally, the gym offers a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect place to meet people who share your interests. The school offers various courses, including MMA, BJJ, Thaiboxen, Boxing, and Sparta Fitness, as well as a kids' club for children aged 4-13. The school is open from Tuesday to Saturday, with different schedules for each day. The instructors are experienced and professional, with some holding second-degree black belts.
